Deadline for submissions to the Mohawk Valley
Tribute CD is May 15th 2004

This is the last chance to submit songs and artwork for the Utica Music Alliance & Resource Center's Mohawk Valley Tribute CD inclusion Competition.Deadline for Songs is 5pm May 15th 2004 and the Deadline for Artwork Submissions is 5pm May 22nd 2004.

The Mohawk Valley Tribute CD will encompass newly written and recorded songs about many facets of the Mohawk Valley area. For more information visit the UMARC website at http://www.umarc.org in the events section.

Gecko Recording Studio of Clinton, NY has graciously donated Sponsorship in the amount of $2,500 of recording services for the CD. This project was also encouraged by a $1,000 grant from the Decentralization Re-Grant program of the Central New York Community Arts Council and a small donation from the Downtown Utica Development Association.

Here's your opportunity to show your talent to the entire Mohawk Valley. All chosen songs will be professionally recorded at Gecko Recording Studio (http://www.geckorecordingstudio.com ) in Clinton, New York.
